We cordially invite you to the weekly Tai Chi classes!

Classes are conducted by an experienced TCM specialist – Luo Xin, currently working at the Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Krakow. He trains in simplified Tai Chi 24 styles and traditional Tai Chi 42 styles. Tai Chi has been his great passion since 1997. Tai Chi originated many centuries ago in China as an effective martial art. The enormous health benefits noticeable on the physical and mental plane were quickly appreciated. Tai Chi is the art of self-improvement by learning to control your body and mind. For a modern man, often leading a sedentary lifestyle, it is an interesting, original and safe form of physical recreation. Tai Chi is a form of training for people of all ages and physical fitness. It will have a different, unique value for everyone. Simply put, Tai Chi is about moving your whole body in a certain way that is consistent with the principles of art. Training balances the body, breath, energy and mind. We practice in silence, focusing our attention on what we are currently doing. Tai Chi is the key to inner peace and a source of strength in difficult life and professional situations.
